This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on hemprug.com (the "Site"), operated by Arconiz LLC under the brand HempRug.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders to international destinations, including U.S. territories, are not accepted at this time. We reserve the right to limit shipping to specific regions within the U.S. at our discretion.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Our products are fulfilled and shipped from our partner facility, RCPtrade, located in Turkey. Once processed, orders are shipped to the U.S. via standard international shipping methods. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms provided during the promotion.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available from the carrier). You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@arconiz.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate with our shipping partners and, if deemed lost, provide a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by you or external factors like customs holds.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@arconiz.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we currently ship only within the U.S., customs duties and import taxes do not apply. However, you are responsible for any applicable state or local sales taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
